Richard Christie received his PhD under the supervision of Ken Jordan, University of Pittsburgh. His PhD research dealt with the spectroscopy and the thermodynamics of hydrogen-bonded clusters. Richard has developed several portable and efficient parallel programs to aid in these studies. His current research interest centers on use of the Quantum Monte Carlo to obtain highly accurate interaction energies between molecules.
